Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order only when it’s in processing status, on hold status, and payment failed status.

If you can cancel order when it’s in packed and ready to ship status, you will be charges a cancellation fee of 10% of the order total.

If your order has already been shipped it cannot be cancelled. You may return the items(s) In accordance with our return policy.

Refunds for cancellation order will be processed within 5-7 business days of the cancellation request. The refund amount will be the total order amount minus any cancellation fees and any shipping charges that have already been incurred.

We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time for any reason, in which case we will notify you and issue a full refund.

We don’t accept any returns, or cancellation once the order is delivered.

Incase you won’t accept order from delivery person once it reaches you at the door without opening parcel then order will get returned automatically, and we will wait for the order to reach us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your order reaches to us, our team will verify it and if it passes our verification process, then you will be issued a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds at Themountainmart, are subject to the following conditions –

If the product is unavailable and the payment was already made.

Themountainmart reserves the right to cancel any order, for any reason. We may also require additional information to process your order. You will be notified in case your order, or a portion of your order is cancelled by us.
